One click and you are out. Every newsletter email carries a clear unsubscribe link. Use it and you are removed right away. No follow-up, no win-back campaign, no “are you sure.”

Your assessments stay separate from your inbox. Taking an assessment never adds you to the newsletter. You may receive a small, capped number of service reminders about your own assessment, each with a one-click opt-out. We do not mine your responses to market to you.
