Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how afterblink.co collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the website, take an assessment, subscribe to the newsletter, or otherwise interact with the company. The site and its services are operated by The Afterblink Company, LLC (d/b/a afterblink.co), and references to afterblink.co in this policy mean that entity. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

afterblink.co collects information in three categories.

Information you provide. When you register to take an assessment, afterblink.co collects your name, email address, company name, and your role or title. If you provide additional contact information to book a conversation or inquire about engagement, that information is retained alongside your account record. When you subscribe to the newsletter, afterblink.cocollects only your email address. Your subscription is confirmed through a link sent to that address, and you can unsubscribe at any time with one click.

Information generated by the assessments. The responses you provide during any assessment you take are retained, alongside each derived report, any assigned archetype, and any revisions if you retake an assessment at a later date. This information is linked to your account.

Technical information. When you visit the site, afterblink.co collects standard server-log information, including IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, and the pages you request, which is used for site operations and security. afterblink.co also uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and move through the site and the assessments, such as which pages are viewed and where visitors leave. This usage analysis is used to improve the site and is not used to build an advertising profile of individual visitors.

How We Use Information

afterblink.co uses the information described above to operate and secure the site, to deliver the assessments and produce your reports, to communicate with you about your account and the assessments, to send the newsletter to subscribers, and to understand in aggregate how the site and the assessments are used so the company can improve them.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Legal and compliance. Where disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of afterblink.co, its clients, or the public.

afterblink.co does not share your name, contact information, assessment responses, or reports with any party for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data Retention

afterblink.co retains your account information, assessment responses, and generated reports for as long as your account remains active. If you request deletion of your account, all associated information is deleted within thirty days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate record-keeping purposes, such as financial records for prior engagements. Newsletter subscriber email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe.
